Our Window Replacement Process

Step 1 – CONTACT
Contact Legacy Exteriors to have a quick conversation about your project. This can be done by phone or email, but in most cases a quick call is the easiest. We will schedule a time that works for you to complete an in depth site visit.

Step 2 – SITE VISIT
During the site visit, we will discuss your specific project needs and requests for the job. At that time will take the critical measurements of window sizes, interior trims, and exterior trims so we can give you an accurate quote.

Step 3 - QUOTE

Once our quote has been made, we will email it to you for your review and approval.

Step 4 – ORDER
After you accept the quote, Legacy Exteriors will collect the required deposit and will order your project materials.

Step 5 – INSTALL
When your custom windows arrive, we will schedule a time that is convenient for you to have them professionally installed. After installation, we will complete a thorough inspection to ensure was everything was installed up to our strict standards. Once the inspection has been completed, the final invoice will be emailed to you.
